Charlie McCann has finally completed his move to boyhood club Manchester United from Coventry.
United agreed to recruit McCann from the League Two team when he was 15 four months ago and the move was confirmed by the teenager on his social media accounts.
McCann changed his profile picture on Twitter to one of him signing his United contract at the club’s Carrington training complex on Friday and also uploaded the same image to his Instagram account.
He wrote: “Happy to sign for Manchester United, a new chapter begins.”
McCann made his England Under-16 debut in a 2-0 win over Uruguay last year, having joined hometown club Coventry at the age of seven.
